When we decided that our website was in need of an update we interviewed a number of well regarded companies. SNP immediately stood out as a front runner. SNP came to the initial interview and generously shared many ideas and suggestions with us, even without having secured our commitment. Their professional and creative approach remained throughout the entire redesign process. We are completely satisfied with our new website - I will enthusiastically recommend SNP to colleagues seeking IT consultants.

It's more than a sales call. SNP and its customer need to know that we are mutually a good fit. We take the time to get to know your business and project before we issue an estimate.
When you first contact SNP, you'll probably speak with a sales manager. He or she will determine if your project is one that deserves our consideration. The next step is a consultation with a Project Manager. The Project Manager will follow-up on the initial sales contact with an in-depth interview.
Whether you are starting from scratch, revamping your current website or looking for maintenance support, our Project Manager will take the necessary time to understand your project.
Consultations are not scripted because each prospect is unique. That being said, below you will find a list of typical questions asked during a consultation. Feel free to download this list in PDF or Microsoft Word format to use as a worksheet during your project planning.

Does the site need to accommodate low bandwidth visitors, e.g. those accessing the site with an analog dial-up modem?
Are there specific requirements for mobile devices?
Are there specific requirements for tablet devices, e.g. iPad?
Please describe security considerations that need to be taken into account, e.g. regulatory compliance requirements, customer privacy, limits on access to certain content and/or application features, etc.
