Business Challenge

  • The client was using Exchange 2010 to host mailboxes for 500 users and public folders, and it wanted to move to Office 365.

  • The client’s internal IT team deployed Hybrid Exchange Server and started moving mailboxes. Once users were moved to Office 365, however, no one could access the company’s public folders.
